STEPS FOR MARITIME TRANSPORTATION
1. SPACE RESERVATION FORM
· Complete and submit the online Nunavik or Nunavut booking note at www.arcticsealift.com.
2 DANGEROUS GOODS
The transportation of dangerous goods are subject to special controls and are governed by the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code.Your cargo ship must be accompanied by a dangerous goods declaration.
3. CARGO INSURANCE
Please ensure that all of your cargo is insured either by your personal insurance provider or by the insurance offered by our company.
4. PACKAGING SERVICES

5. CONTRACT OF CARRIAGE
When your request has been processed, we will send you a contract of carriage which you must sign and return, it will be accompanied by your space confirmation number.
6. DELIVERY APPOINTMENT
Delivery appointment is mandatory. You or your supplier will need to contact our offices, at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail at : rdv@desgagnes.com or by
phone (450) 635-7700.
It is important to respect the delivery deadlines (cut-off date); refer to the ship schedule.

9. INVOICING
Your invoice will be forwarded to you once your shipment has been received at the terminal. Payment must be made before the loading of the ship, except for companies which have obtained a credit limit.
